SUMMARY:Erice School of Nuclear Physics 2022 - Neutrinos in Cosmology\, in
 Astro-\, Particle- and Nuclear Physics
DESCRIPTION:The Erice School of Nuclear Physics 2022 intends to present the
current status of the field of neutrino physics including lectures by int
ernational experts of the various subareas as well as invited and contribu
ted talks by the participants. The purpose of the meeting is to bring toge
ther experts and young researchers in the areas of cosmology\, nuclear\, p
article and astro-physics in order to discuss the current status and the p
ertinent interrelations among these fields as well as to explore future di
rections\, both in experiment and theory. They aim to cover a broad range
of topics to elucidate synergies and identify areas of future progress. Th
is should be especially beneficial to the younger participants of the meet
ing.\nNeutrino physics is at the heart of a broad variety of phenomena in
Cosmology\, Astro-\, Particle and Nuclear Physics. Their fundamental prope
 rties such as masses\, hierarchies\, mixing angles\, CP-violating phases a
nd the Dirac- or Majorana character are still poorly known and remain to b
e explored in a range of contemporary and future experiments. Neutrinos pl
ay an important role in our quests to study the early universe\, the natur
e of dark matter and the physics of star bursts. The interaction of neutri
nos with nuclei is fundamental to astrophysical processes and is a crucial
element for many observational techniques. It requires a dedicated experi
mental effort with access to many sources of information and controlled co
nfrontation of the results with theoretical models to unravel these phenom
ena and thereby allow to study the implications for nuclear physics\, astr
ophysics and cosmology.\nIn detail\, the following topics will be presente
d and discussed:\n\n	Neutrino mass experiments\n	Neutrino masses in cosmol
ogy\n	Double Beta Decay: experiments and theory predictions\n	Geo neutrino
 s\n	Atmospheric neutrinos\n	Solar neutrinos\n	Cosmic neutrinos\n	Reactor N
eutrino Experiments\n	Long and short baseline accelerator neutrino experim
ents\n	Multimessenger astronomy\n	Neutrinos in Core Collapse Supernovae\n
Neutrino emission from binary systems\n	Neutrino telescopes\n	Neutrino-nuc
 leus scattering\n	Sterile neutrinos\n
